AI-assisted embryology, in Central India.
Aansh Hospital & IVF Center's embryology lab uses Garbha.ai, an Indian AI platform, to support the clinical judgment behind every embryo decision — not to replace it.
A software platform, built for IVF labs.
Garbha.ai is an Indian software platform built for IVF laboratories, developed by B2LSPRY Private Limited of Hyderabad. At Aansh, the embryology team uses six of its modules as part of the day-to-day lab workflow.
EmbryoScore
Analyses time-lapse images of developing embryos, helping the embryology team grade them with more consistency.
Oocyte assessment
Supports evaluation of egg (oocyte) quality from captured laboratory images.
Sperm assessment
Assists in assessing sperm samples as part of the male-factor work-up.
Endometrial receptivity assessment
Uses imaging — not a genomic biopsy test — to help gauge whether the uterine lining looks receptive around the time of transfer.
Pharmacogenomics for stimulation planning
Uses genetic information to help inform personalised ovarian-stimulation drug planning.
Smart-IVF analytics dashboard
Consolidates laboratory data and patient communication in one dashboard for the clinical team.
Among the first fertility centres in Central India to deploy Garbha.ai's AI-assisted embryology suite (self-declared, Dec 2025).
This is Aansh Hospital & IVF Center's own statement about its December 2025 partnership announcement — a self-declared, region-scoped claim, not an independently audited ranking.
What "94%" actually means.
94% figure is Garbha.ai's own internal model-testing accuracy for embryo-quality prediction — it is not a pregnancy rate, live-birth rate, or outcome guarantee.
AI assists. People decide.
Embryo, egg, and sperm images are assessed with Garbha.ai's support by the senior clinical embryologist.
Every treatment decision is made by Dr. Shweta Agarwal, based on your full clinical picture — not by the software.
AI assists clinical judgment; it does not replace it. Treatment decisions are made by Dr. Shweta Agarwal.
What's licensed, and by whom.
Garbha.ai states that its EmbryoScore tool holds a CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation) licence — a disclosure made by the technology vendor about its own product. This is separate from Dr. Agarwal's personal medical registrations, which are independently verifiable through the Maharashtra Medical Council and the ABDM Healthcare Professional Registry.
Common questions about the AI.
Does AI decide my treatment?
No. Garbha.ai's tools assist the embryology team with image analysis and data organisation. Treatment decisions are made by Dr. Shweta Agarwal, based on your individual clinical picture.
Is 94% my chance of pregnancy?
No. The 94% figure is Garbha.ai's own internal accuracy for predicting embryo quality from images during its model testing. It is not a pregnancy rate, a live-birth rate, or a guarantee for any individual patient.
Is Garbha.ai regulated?
Garbha.ai states that its EmbryoScore module holds a CDSCO (Central Drugs Standard Control Organisation) licence, as disclosed by the technology vendor. This is separate from Dr. Agarwal's own medical registrations, which are listed on this site with links to the relevant government registries.
